We are currently involved in several projects. Here are a few short updates:

Ethical Music President Jeanette Contant-Galitello recently gave an inspiring workshop to blind and partially sighted students at the Florida Lighthouse for the Blind. Below is a newspaper article about the event. South Florida Times Article

We have already reached out to various groups and communities in several Counties in South Florida and have established the “Floridians Steelband”. This project is already promoting cultural awareness. It is also enabling people who have never played an instrument, to experience the joy of playing music together.

 

The Gospel of the New Era Choir was founded in March 2009 by Jeanette Contant-Galitello and is directed by her on a voluntary basis. Consisting of an international multi-faith membership the choir also boasts the unique attraction of having a steelband section. The Gospel of the New Era currently travels all around South Florida singing and uplifting with its theme of unity and oneness. It would like to travel further afield, tour and make a CD but needs your donations.
